- Master Name List: name/address/zip/phone/email. Sources: ticket sales, SILL white cards, volunteers, Constant Contact and direct to sillsarasota@gmail.com email requests,promotion events staffed by board members
- Volunteer List: name/address/zip/phone/email, venue day, assignment, emergency contact
