The structure of SILL is defined by the Bylaws. The activities of SILL are documented as the duties of the board officers, the activities of 9 standing committees defined in the Bylaws, 3 additional standing committees not in the ByLaws - Music Mondays, Long Range Planning and SILL Select, 2 ad hoc committees plus a few ad hoc roles done in support of the organization.

The committee chair shall submit a report at each board meeting:
Treasurer(Finance), Registrar, Global Issues, Marketing, Music Mondays, Venice Operations, LWR Operations, Volunteer Coordinator, SILL Select, Long Range Planning
