Why Support SILL
SILL receives no public funding and is totally dependent on the sale of tickets and contributions to the Friends of SILL to meet the costs of presenting our lecture series. We encourage businesses and individuals to contribute what they can to the future of SILL.
Sarasota Instititute of Lifetime Learning is a qualified 501c3 organization. All contributions to the Friends of SILL are tax deductible and will be acknowledged as required by the IRS.

Friends of SILL
Friends of SILL is the community of individuals, businesses, and organizations whose tax-deductible contributions help support SILL’s lifelong learning programs and educational events throughout Sarasota, Venice, and Lakewood Ranch.
Support from Friends of SILL helps supplement ticket revenues, allowing SILL to maintain affordable admission prices while continuing to bring outstanding speakers and high-quality programming to the community. SILL receives no government funding.
Through the generosity of our Friends of SILL members, sponsors, and supporters, SILL is able to continue enriching the community through engaging educational and cultural experiences.
