John Blevins specializes in emerging technologies that are disrupting traditional business models. He is an adjunct professor at Cornell Tech in New York City and the Johnson Graduate School of Management in Ithaca. He is a former adjunct at UC Berkeley’s Graduate School of Information and the UCLA Anderson School of Management, including Faculty Director of the Technology Management Center and Faculty Director for the school’s executive and joint EMBA degree program with the National University of Singapore.
John Blevins speaks at events covering technology-driven market changes and technology management leadership. His career includes Deloitte Consulting, Microsoft, Oracle, and Shell Oil based in Houston, Dallas, New York, Miami, London, and Los Angeles where he held a variety of management roles.
John Blevins is the founding principal of Navigation Pointe, a technology strategy advisory firm providing consulting, strategy, business development, and board advisory services, including patent protection and executive management support. He guides enterprises in their digital transformation, assists technology-oriented companies with monetization strategies, and advises venture capital/private equity firms in technology-related industry investments.
John Blevins has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama, and a Master of Business Administration from UCLA Anderson.
